Pay Rate: $31 + Penalties

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Concrete Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the production of concrete, including mixing, pouring, and finishing. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment involved in the production of concrete.
• Mix concrete according to specifications.
• Pour and spread concrete using various tools and techniques.
• Finish surfaces to ensure quality and uniformity.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production or a related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Forklift License (Desired but not compulsory)
