Position Overview:
At CMTP we are looking for a reliable, values driven and a consistent new team member to join our growing site at Colac. As a Production worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless assembly of our products through precise techniques and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to assemble components accurately
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the highest standards
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to the production process
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment
