Form of workOur client is a well-established manufacturer of paint products and mediums sold in retailers across Australia and to commercial customers internationally.
We are currently seeking Production Operators to provide assistance to the production team with a broad range of responsibilities including production operating, batch making, measuring raw materials and general labouring. It is preferred that you have previous manufacturing experience, ideally as a Batcher, Production Worker or similar.
Main Responsibilities:
- Completing batches according to instructions
- Operating machinery in a safe manner
- Packaging and labelling products
- Ensure work areas and equipment are kept tidy
- Identifying if machinery requires maintenance
- Keeping documentation and records up to date
Essential Criteria
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Able to follow written instructions
- Good math and numerical skills for measuring and weighing
- High attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Desirable
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
Location: Mount Kuring-gai NSW 2080
Hours of Work: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour
