As the barista, you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures
- Barista to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced cafe environment
