About Us:

About the Role:

• Securing monthly donations during a phone conversation
• Each donor is unique and you will be actively listen and connect while telling the story of our charity partners
• Engaging in concise and persuasive conversations
• Confidently securing donations for our charity partners

About You:

• Fundraising and tele-fundraising skills essential.
• Tele-sales  / Customer and Retention Services / Call Centre experience 
• You have great communication skills. You can articulate clearly and persuasively
• You are a great active listener, able to understand our donors unique interests and motivations
• You show genuine interest in our donors and their philanthropic passions
• You care about the causes we represent and have the knowledge to have informed conversations with our donors to secure monthly donations

What you will need:

• High speed internet (NBN)

• Hi-Speed stable internet
• Windows 10 (Mac's are not compatible)
• An appropriate home office workspace
• A current valid Australian police check is required to join our team
• You must reside in Queensland or Victoria
