Responsibilities
- Prepare and marinate meat for kebabs
- Skewer and charcoal kebabs to perfection
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
- Oversee the charcoal station and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor and maintain cooking equipment and utensils
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Create and innovate new kebab recipes to expand our menu options
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Persian Kebab Cooker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Persian cuisine and kebab cooking techniques
- Strong charcoaling and marinating skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
