Play a crucial part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, operational support processes, and effective resolution of complaints as Program Administration and Complaints Officer. You will uphold our commitment to quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction providing a holistic approach to support the BCE school operational and program delivery at a whole-of-system level.
About the role:
- Coordinate administrative workflows to support School Operations and Program Leads, ensuring on-time project delivery and compliance.
- Facilitate end-to-end complaints handling process, including information collection, triaging, and resolution pathway management.
- Receive and direct complaints to appropriate resolution channels, ensuring swift and effective response.
- Provide administrative support for Principal Reviews, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up actions.
About you: To be successful in this role you will demonstrate
- Formal qualification in business or related area with several years of complimentary experience providing complex support and advanced administration
- Previous experience in end to end complaints handing (desirable).
- Ability to solve routine problems, enhanced critical thinking to research and analyse available information being guided by precedent and policy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with attention to detail to support data collection and reporting
- Ability to build relationship, communicate effectively and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
