Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Program Assistant (Clinical) with a passion for women's health and menopause care. This role is ideal for a medical graduate or nurse with knowledge and understanding of women's hormone health, who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to support patients through their menopausal journey.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team of doctors in coordinating treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand their options and are supported throughout their journey.
- Collaborate with our team of doctors, naturopaths, and clinical assistants to deliver comprehensive menopause hormone treatments and supplements.
- Undertake clinical administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the clinic.
- Utilize your medical knowledge to contribute to patient care plans and treatment strategies.
- Assist in writing medical letters to ensure accurate and clear communication with patients and other healthcare providers.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking to address patient needs effectively.
- Manage tasks efficiently, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Engage with patients in a professional and empathetic manner, providing exceptional bedside manner during interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge in women's health.
- Option to work from home on a hybrid basis, subject to agreement and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Medical Degree or relevant qualification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in intermediate computer skills.
- Experience in women's health preferred.
- Eligibility to work in Australia (International Medical Graduates with current work rights are welcome to apply).
