Our client
Our client, a large taxation-related Federal Government department based in ACT, NSW, QLD and Box Hill, VIC, requires an experienced Program Manager Specialist.
About the role
As part of the Enterprise Solutions and Technology group, the business line is responsible for the end-to-end digital experience for individuals, agents, business, and internal contact centre platforms, as well as delivery of key components of this agencies' digital agenda.
We transform the digital experience, reduce the reporting burden of our clients and improve identity, authentication and are looking to partner with suppliers to deliver a broad scope of complex IT programs across and whole of goveuthorisation and at a whole-of-government level. We work across the whole-of-government to provide secure and contemporary digital solutions and make it easy to participate in the tax and super systems. We lead the design and implementation of digital services and are responsible for key digital platforms.
We support the ongoing operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and systems.
