Reporting to the District Manager, this position supports the Delivery teams ensuring that QBuild projects/programs (Maintain, Build and Respond) are scheduled appropriately and with efficient and effective resource allocation to achieve resource utilisation targets, forward pipeline of works and apprentice training.

Key responsibilities include:
- Utilise contemporary scheduling systems to develop, review and administer schedules to coordinate construction and delivery of multiple projects / programs delivered by QBuild. This includes schedules and plans for current and future pipeline projects in accordance with critical resourcing and time constraints.
- Collaborate with Apprentice Supervisors and the QBuild Apprenticeship team and other stakeholders as required to schedule QBuild apprentices to appropriate projects / maintenance tasks to ensure training competencies are achieved.
- Develop detailed schedules that support the delivery of programs in collaboration with the delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain a project / program of work status dashboard to provide detailed and accurate reporting on construction programs and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in QBuild to drive consistency of the project / programs of work scheduling approach and facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting.
- Consult and coordinate with Delivery teams and other stakeholders as required to develop and regularly update detailed schedules to plan and resolve resourcing issues and escalating issues where required to Regional Management teams.
