Project Accountant

This global manufacturing company require the assistance of an experienced Project Accountant with expertise in system implementation on a 3 month temp basis. The office is based in Milton and the purpose of the role is to assist with a system implementation and migration of data. You will collaborate between Finance and IT to provide robust reporting and maximise financial data interpretation and migration.The Role
Reporting to the Program Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Supporting the Finance team to drive effective usage of finance systems
• Ability to effectively analyse data and systems to identify potential improvements
• Design and build reports in Xero for consolidation and reporting
• Validation of data migrated into Xero
• Troubleshoot and correct any discrepancies
• Assist in reconstructing transactions
• Assist in setting up bank feeds

About You

• Experience in Xero is essential
• Degree qualified
• Strong technical ability
• Great problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
