About the role:
As Project Administrator, you will assist two senior Managers and the General Manager in providing high level admin support across the Regulations Economics & Pricing division.
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior administrative and secretarial support to the Transformation Team, GM Transformation and SLT.
- Assist in coordinating contracts and procurement, and draft professional correspondence in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling of meetings and workshops, booking travel and preparation of meeting packs and minutes capturing key actions
- Ensure accurate record keeping, compliance and quality assurance of Transformation Project records through the PWC records management system.
- Contribute to the management of the resource and program scheduling activities.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following experience and skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive administration at a senior level such as a Project Administrator/Coordinator or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and records management systems.
- Experience with Purchase Order processes.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, financial and human resource delegations, and project management practices desirable.
- Understanding of Project Management and its application and/or knowledge and experience working in the Utilities sector would be highly regarded.
