Job description

Project Control - SchedulerRPS is part of the Tetra Tech Group, a global professional services firm that defines, designs, and manages projects while solving problems that matter to a complex, urbanising, and resource-scarce world.RPS is seeking a highly motivated Project Scheduler with experience in major equipment capability systems and acquisition to join our busy Canberra office.The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a team to successfully deliver major Defence and Government projects. A diverse experience base in other sectors and experience major acquisitions in Mining, Shipbuilding, Aviation, Communications, Infrastructure and IT would be advantageous.About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, science or related
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience with complex schedules.
  • Scheduling experience with large Programs is essential
  • Experience with Defence risk and schedule management methodologies is highly desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Project is required. If you have other
  • Defence experience working for the Defence Digital Group, Acquisition & Sustainment Group, Capability Development Group, or Defence Materiel Organisation; or Government experience with equivalent organisations, is preferred
  • An existing AGSVA NV-1 security clearance is required (NV-2 preferred) to work on this project (http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva/)
