Responsibilities:
As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for:
 
Utilising a working knowledge of MSProject and P6 Primavera scheduling software to develop and maintain project schedules.
Demonstrating proficiency in a cost control software, such as Prism, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project costs.
Applying expertise in cost controls and scheduling to effectively manage mining construction projects.
Generating and presenting monthly project cost and schedule reports for management review.
Monitoring cost and schedule progress, identifying deviations, and providing timely and accurate reports to the project manager.
Overseeing the change control process on construction projects to ensure proper documentation and communication of changes.
 
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
 
- Working knowledge of MSProject and P6 Primavera scheduling software.
- Familiarity with cost control software, particularly Prism.
- Proven experience in cost controls and scheduling of mining construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
