Known for their custom and high-end work, the ideal candidate will have experience within the Architecture industry and have experience in managing and delivering complex design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, program and resource for multiple projects located in Australia and internationally.
- Report on project status, resourcing requirements and project financials to Project Lead and Practice Manager
- Coordinate and liaise with the client, builders and project staff on brief, budgets and program status.
- Manage quality assurance and review of all documentation.
- Prepare systems, protocols and standards to assist the team on streamlining the design and delivery process.
- Assist in the procurement and logistics delivering required items for each project including art, furniture and lighting.
- Manage the fortnightly team WIP’s, preparing and maintaining the overall project schedule with assistance from the Project Lead
- Day to day project administration and management including improving workflow and implementing learnings.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant professional experience and exposure to high-end Architectural design
- Experience and knowledge of processes and timelines to deliver all phases of Architectural projects.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to successfully manage a team.
- Excellent programming, detailing and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of administration and documentation required for statutory approvals.
- Advanced Excel, Sketch up, Adobe, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
