The role
The Project Director plays a pivotal role in driving our logistics development agenda, overseeing all aspects of project implementation, from strategy formulation to execution, while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. By effectively managing all aspects of development, you will play a critical role in driving the success and growth of our logistics portfolio.
What you will be doing
- Business development and opportunity identification in conjunction with the Head of Development and other relevant parties.
- Reviewing and assessing future development opportunities from within and external to the portfolio.
- Reporting and presenting at Executive Group and Board level meetings.
- Developing business cases and commercial proposals for multiple development opportunities.
- Preparing reports for funding requirements to progress development opportunities.
- Negotiating Joint Venture and Development Management Agreements.
- Developing the economic, social, environmental and risk management frameworks for identified development opportunities
- Managing project procurement, authority approvals and land management.
- Managing the project marketing, leasing and sales process as required.
What makes you stand out
As our ideal candidate, you will have extensive experience in the property industry, particularly within developments. You will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, along with Project Management certifications.
Valuation skills are desirable, while proficiency in financial modelling and commercial assessment is essential for this role. You will also be required to hold a Real Estate License.
