You:
You come from a civil construction/defence/remediation delivery background so you know the intricaciy of managing at this level. Having this background you will have worked across multi-disciplined projects. Leadership is second nature, and you thrive on inspiring and motivating those around you.

You are degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience post-grad.
