A fantastic privately owned Tier 3 Contractor who is based around the Central Coast and Newcastle area are seeking to grow their team. They are working on projects up to $10 million including earthworks, subdivisions, and transport.

Responsibilities:
- Project planning, organising and actively resolving issues that arise.
- Ensuring strong compliance with WHS standards maintaining accurate records.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, managing and communication with subcontractors and clients.
- Diligently working with the delivery team ensuring budgets and targets are met accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry
- Experience in earthworks, subdivisions and transport preferred.
- Ability to communicate with teams, clients, and stakeholders in a constructive manner.
