Project Engineer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer (Remedial) based in Kalgoorlie, with occasional work throughout the state.

• Develop, review, and manage comprehensive project plans, emphasizing safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Proactively lead safety initiatives, maintaining high standards and effectively managing risks.
• Implement quality management procedures, including design reviews, updates, and adherence to project specifications and Australian standards.
• Provide technical guidance with strong problem-solving skills, taking initiative and demonstrating a sense of urgency.
• Establish and maintain robust project cost control, focusing on labor efficiency and utilization.
• Cultivate positive client relationships, ensuring effective day-to-day interactions.
• Accurately prepare monthly reports, progress claims, and subcontractor statements.
• Administer contracts and manage commercial risk in accordance with the company's Delegation of Authority (DOA).

Degree: Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience: 3-5 years as a Project Engineer in the civil/construction industry.
Specialization: Remedial, Concrete/Steel repair & re-strengthening.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
