Due to new project work, an opportunity has now arisen for a Project Engineer with Utilities (purified water WFI or clean steam systems experience )to join dynamic engineering process team & be involved in the Project Engineering for major new project.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, key duties include the following:
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for the utilities section of the project.
- Manage the Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Qualification for the utilities section of the project.
- Support elements of the Clean Utilities design & execution for the capital projects including special waters (PW, WFI, clean steam), process gases, chemicals & waste treatment.
- Prepare & execute engineering documentation & assist with project management documents.
- Effectively liaise with internal key stakeholders of the projects.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical).
- Excellent understanding of process & engineering systems within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or highly regulated industry.
- Experience in Utilities area as a Project Engineer.
- Experience with purified water WFI or clean steam systems commissioning experience
- Able to manage contractors who will be installing the equipment
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound problem solving skills & a proactive approach.
- Ability to work with wide range of stakeholders.
