As a Specialist within the PMO, you will support and assist the Project Management Office (PMO) in the successful planning, execution, and completion of work across numerous PMO streams. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities and meetings, ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders, and monitoring department progress. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among key stakeholders and project teams through memos, work instructions, and formal proposal submissions
Organise and facilitate meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up on action items
Ensure department documentation is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible
