Project Manager

Service Stream’s Corporate division is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to Head of Strategy and Change, the Project Manger role will be focused on delivering IT projects aligned with ICT strategy and enabling business growth and value optimisation. Projects may encompass cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the implementation of IT applications such as field service solutions and workforce management. .

Reporting Line: Head of Strategy & Change

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT project within PMO Framework and Agile Delivery Model. The IT projects include but not limited to application delivery projects, with the project sizes ranging from $20K to $500K
• Deliver IT projects within PMO Framework and Agile Delivery Model.
• Collaborate with Agile Delivery team and stakeholders to create outcome-focused project plans using Agile and hybrid methods.
• Proactively monitor and forecast project finances, including internal resources, external vendor costs, and other expenses, to meet project budgets.
• Establish effective project governance through regular steering group meetings and project status reporting.
• Resolve complex project issues across technical, business, people, and process domains by facilitating solutions with stakeholders.
• Request and manage project resources, enabling cost recovery and future forecasting.
• Manage external vendors or partners, define scope and control spending.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders through agreed-upon plan and regular reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and change management.
• Manage project issues, risks and dependencies to align with stakeholders’ expectations.
• Ensure sustainable project outcomes, transition to BAU, and establish support models.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in PMO Framework and Delivery Models.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance processes, including but not limited timesheeting, Delegation of Authority, resource planning, PMO Framework, Security and Architecture Review, Delivery Models, and IT Change Controls.

About you:

• Proven project management and agile delivery experience, particularly in IT application delivery projects ranging from $20K to $500K, using mixed methodologies like Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
• Proven project management and agile delivery experience, including mixed methodologies like Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban
• Proven strong stakeholder management to identify, influence, and exceed project stakeholders' expectations
• Demonstrated leadership in motivating and managing teams, including virtual, project, and Agile teams, to achieve outcomes
• Project delivery experience in field service solutions and workforce management is desirable.
• Project delivery experience in Telecom or Utilities sectors is desirable.
• Technical experience in any technology area such as AWS, IFS, Viewpoint, Analytics, Automation, Oracle OFSC, ServiceNow, Boomi, Workday, Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. is desirable.
• Experiences in using JIRA is desirable. ​
• Tertiary qualification, or proven extensive experience, in IT or business-related discipline
• Project Management Certification/Qualifications
• Agile certification is desirable
