SalaryConfluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.As a key Sydney Water partner, we have a tremendous project pipeline, of both small and large projects across the region. Due to a major High Voltage Renewal Project at North Head, in additon to a portfolio of projects currently in the pipeline, we now have a significant opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team at one of Sydney Water's largest assets, the North Head Treatment Site at Manly. For this key position we are seeking a proven PM to manage this portfolio of projects at North Head. We are specifically looking for a Project Manager with at least 3 years proven experience managing similar style projects delivering major infrastructure. Highly desirable would be a background in delivering electrical infrastructure.(This role is based at the North Head Site so please only apply if you are happy with this work location.)ABOUT YOU
- A degree level qualification in Engineering and/ or Construction disciplines
- Proven experience in Project Management of major utilities Infrastructure Projects, ideally with a significant electrical component.
- Demonstrated understanding of complex project technical issues, industry standards and specifications
- Full Project Lifecycle expertise, ideally within Water infrastructure
- The ability to build and maintain rapport with key project stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate, drive performance, resolve disputes and implement innovative solutions
