About The Role
You will be supported by a dedicated Foreman/Supervisor with decades of bathroom construction experience and a Project Coordinator to assist with material orders, contracts, and QBCC Insurance Policies.
- Planning & Scheduling: Efficiently plan and schedule projects, allocate resources, and minimise delays.
- Job Budgeting: Managing job costs and purchase orders, ensuring projects are delivered to budget.
- Understanding Job Plans: Draw, read, and comprehend job plans.
- Scope of Works: Prepare job notes and job scopes with assistance from our Site Foreman.
- Quality Control: Monitor work progress, document accurately, and ensure high-quality project completion with no re-work required.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain positive feedback from clients throughout projects, ensuring a great client experience.
- Safety Measures: Oversee and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both workers and clients.
- Multi-Project Management: Handle multiple projects independently and efficiently.
- Communication Mastery: Utilise exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Residential Renovation Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the construction industry, preferably with bathroom renovation experience.
- Requirements: Australian resident with own vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic computer/smartphone skills.
