Role Overview:
As a seasoned Project Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) within the organization. In this capacity, you will lead an initial scope and discovery phase critical to an extensive program aimed at enhancing the organization's Cyber Security posture. This role necessitates extensive collaboration with various internal business streams and units to assess the current state and contribute to the roadmap for future enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CISO and Security team in developing a comprehensive Cyber Resilience program.
- Demonstrate agility in understanding the breakdown of business units and streams within the organization.
- Conduct detailed analysis of the current business state to define clear objectives for project timelines, costings, and risks.
- Develop and deliver presentations/reporting to key senior stakeholders.
- Conduct security audits, conducting detailed analysis for clear project objectives and timelines.
Candidate Profile:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in Cyber Security and Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of prevalent Cyber Security frameworks, including NIST, ISO27001, Essential 8, and OWASP. While desirable, security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CEH are not mandatory. The team is specifically looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
