If you only have experience on residential projects, unfortunately you will not be the right fit for this opportunity as all of the projects are within the commercial refurbishment sector.
Responsibilities:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join the team, focusing on projects located in the Central Coast and Newcastle areas.
- Lead and manage refurbishment projects up to $5m in value
- Engage in client pitches and methodology for new projects that are being tendered, while collaborating with the existing estimating team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fit Out and refurbishment projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to contribute to client pitches and business development opportunities in the Central Coast & Newcastle areas
- You must have Construction related qualifications and existing experience working in Australia so that you are familiar with local subcontractors and Australian building standards and codes.
