- Diploma level qualification in Project Management or a similar or relevant discipline, e.g Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Building.
- White card or Construction Induction Training Card (CITC)
- Current unrestricted ‘C’ class national drivers’ license.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a professional project management capacity. role.
- Sound knowledge of current landscape construction methods/ techniques, utilities, services, and equipment.
- Sound knowledge of the building approval/ permit process and relevant codes, and regulations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, contract law and project management principles.
