At CoM we strive to embrace change as our norm and therefore require a person who is innovative, agile, proactive and enthusiastic.As the Project Manager, working in a small team of Landscape Architects, you will provide the project delivery functions for the City’s streetscape and public open space development programs. The team plays an important role in serving the community through the coordination of key internal and external meetings and workshops, engagement opportunities and attending to community enquiries. The team also provides expert landscape design and construction advice to and on behalf of the organisation, through commenting on future proposals for landscape upgrades within Mandurah.What impact will you make?

What can you bring to the team?
  • Diploma level qualification in Project Management or a similar or relevant discipline, e.g Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Building.
  • White card or Construction Induction Training Card (CITC)
  • Current unrestricted ‘C’ class national drivers’ license.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a professional project management capacity. role.
  • Sound knowledge of current landscape construction methods/ techniques, utilities, services, and equipment.
  • Sound knowledge of the building approval/ permit process and relevant codes, and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, contract law and project management principles.
