In this role, you'll:
Lead and manage the planning and delivery of technology projects and systems to enhance and meet business outcomes.
Implement new technologies, driving innovation and build partnerships to provide customer-centred solutions for the Transport Management Centre (TMC).
Be responsible for the development, deployment, and operational transition of IT systems delivered internally or through external partners.
Work independently but closely with Project and Program Managers managing various technology projects which could be infrastructure or software related.
Get to work on a varied portfolio of technology projects which can range from greenfield system development, system enhancements, transportation (roadside/motorway management/multimodal) technologies, IT infrastructure improvements.
Fixed term, full time opportunity until June 2025 | Flexible Hybrid work – Office is based in South Eveleigh, Sydney.

About you
You’re a seasoned Project Manager recognised for delivering technology projects (information technology or operational technology) into complex, matrix business environments involving large stakeholder groups. You possess:
A proven track record in delivering Operational Technology projects, experience delivering transportation technologies and solutions, and managing projects with complex vendor engagements (well regarded).
Expertise in engaging with business and technical stakeholders across all levels and in balancing the competing needs and expectations of stakeholders within fast-paced and agile environments.
Experience collaborating with a team.
Exceptional organisation skills and are familiar with working under pressure and tight timeframes.
Adaptability and openness to learn and work on different technologies.
