The team there believe in getting their hands dirty, innovating, and maintaining top-notch machinery for their clients.
Your New Role:
Reporting to the Workshop and Product Manager, turn quotes into orders, craft detailed cost estimates, keep a tight grip on project expenses, and ensure all documentation is as solid as bedrock.
- Break down projects, coordinate labour, follow up vendors and provide updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee project stages to ensure expenses align with the forecasted budget.
- Establish project timelines and ensure supplier adherence.
- Assess and report on vendor performance metrics.
- Generate comprehensive repair reports for customers.
- Coordinate with Workshop, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure that projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Compile and distribute comprehensive job packs with all necessary project information and drawings.
