ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join Mercy Health's Technology Team during this exciting period of digital transformation and growth in our Health and Healthy Ageing services. The Project Manager for Managed Print Services will oversee the deployment of a new print solution, reporting to the Director of Technology Operations. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a timely and on-budget implementation with a high level of customer satisfaction is crucial.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role based at Mercy Health's support offices in Richmond.
ABOUT YOU:
We're seeking a dynamic, energetic individual to lead this exciting transformational project, drive innovation, lead change, and foster collaboration within Mercy Health. You should have proven project management experience in a complex, diverse, and evolving environment, demonstrating values-based leadership and an engaging, agile character, with a track record of project implementations that have delighted customers.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrated management and leadership skills to manage and lead projects and initiatives.
Liaison with technical teams to ensure professionalism, operational efficiency, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
Ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers to ensure well-communicated project initiatives.
Collaborative work with our Service Partner.
Provide project leadership and advocacy to Mercy Health.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
