We are seeking applications for a Project Manager to join our Digital Engagement team. Working with a small team of instructional designers and project staff, you will utilise effective digital project management skills to lead and manage projects relating to:
- the delivery of accredited online education programs designed for a diverse learner base
- non-accredited training packages customised for clients as required; and
- products and services designed to support the operations of AMES Australia
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
An understanding of adult learning principles, with prior experience designing or delivering education projects in addition to strong project management skills * Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a hands-on digital projects or instructional design
- Minimum of a Degree in Education, Business Management, Instructional Design or related field
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of key processes and methodologies applicable to instructional design or education
- Knowledge of Moodle (or other Learning Management Systems)
- Change management experience/project management training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation, including the ability to clearly define requirements, to draw out necessary information and to discuss technical information in a way that can be understood by non-technical people
- Proven successful end to end digital project delivery experience
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to motivate, influence, persuade and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess strong leadership qualities, assertiveness and confidence to provide suggestions, constructive feedback and promote change in an inclusive manner
- Energetic with a high level of integrity and professionalism, and a strong team player
