Job Description:
As the Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of Salesforce across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget constraints. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving adoption and maximizing the benefits of Salesforce across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and effectively manage resources to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to execute project tasks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
  • Drive user adoption through effective change management strategies, communication plans, and training initiatives.
  • Monitor and track project progress, budget expenditures, and key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices throughout the implementation process.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize project delivery and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably Salesforce implementations, from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant) are desirable but not required.
