Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Project Managers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role
The Project Manager will spearhead the implementation of a modernised customer case and matter management system within the department. This position is ideal for individuals with a background as a business analyst and/or a track record of overseeing intricate IT projects. Joining a compact, high-achieving team, you'll contribute to a pivotal system enhancement crucial for implementing the new branch operating model and associated work methodologies.
What you will need to exceed

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to establish effective systems and procedures for guiding work and monitoring progress.
  • Competence in Agile delivery mindset and methodologies, with the capability to act as a Product Owner.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in planning, workshop facilitation, identification/elicitation, documentation, review, and analysis to generate business cases, business requirements, current and future-state business processes, and other essential project documents.
  • Take the lead in creating high-quality documentation, including Business Process Re-engineering, Business Process Modeling, business cases, business capability models, maturity assessments, and other project artifacts aimed at delivering business value.
  • Offer expert advice and leadership in business analysis to the Branch Leadership Team, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams involved in departmental compliance and benefits realization.
  • Develop detailed project plans with clearly defined objectives and specified action steps for their achievement.
