Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented sales professional to join our team in our Surfers Paradise office as our Project Marketing Sales Consultant.
The Role
As our inhouse Project Marketing Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing and sales initiatives for our clients’ developments (commercial & residential) nationwide. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your creativity and expertise will make a significant impact.
Sales Strategy Development -
- Collaborate with Development Manager & Marketing Manager to develop effective strategies to promote and sell our developments
- Analyse nationwide market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Client Relationship Management -
- Build and maintain strong relationships with conjuncting agents on projects
- Nurture all enquiries and leads to maximise offers and sales activity
Project Management -
- Oversee the execution of marketing and sales projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work collaboratively with Development Manager to coordinate efforts and achieve project milestones.
Sales Performance Metrics -
- Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing and sales campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to Directors and clients on campaign success
About you
To be successful in this role you will need the following -
• At least 3 years’ Project Marketing Sales experience, ideally with a nationwide footprint
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns – commercial & residential
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
