The Project OfficerEmergency Management is accountable to the SALHN Director, SALHN Disaster Resilience Unit for the provision of support, policy advice, research, development and implementation of Emergency Management procedures and business continuity plans.
About the Role:
Your duties may include:
- Contributing to preparation and analysis of high-level performance reports and presentations from complex data sets.
- Providing administrative support functions to the SALHN Disaster Resilience Unit and SALHN Incident Management Team including preparation and distributions of agenda and minutes, monitoring actions to report completion of outstanding items within agreed timeframes.
- Completing Business Impact Analysis to inform the development of Business Continuity Plans.
- Contributing to the development of an integrated team approach and culture which is highly responsive to the needs of our consumers.

About you:
- Self-motivated, organised and demonstrated initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate concepts and ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing to a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in the field of Business Continuity and Emergency Management.
- Experience in the management and coordination of executive committees.
