Great opportunity for experienced EA/PA with a flair for projects to join this reputable Cancer Research Institute supporting on a broad range of strategic projects as well as providing first class PA support.Key Responsibilities:· Coordinate strategic projects, ensuring the smooth running of the day to day operations· Assist with and coordinate grant application process· Organise meetings, travel, diary management and engage with scientific and corporate stakeholders· Catering, maintain stationary and filing systems· Attend senior management meetings, minute taking and preparation of Board Reports· Manage CEO inbox and workflow· Provide project updates to key stakeholders· Manage and coordinate visitors – security, induction and welcome toursKey Criteria
- Previous PA/Project Management/EA experience
- Scientific tertiary qualifications or background highly regarded
- Microsoft Project skills, excellent database and CRM skills
- Superior stakeholder engagement, excellent communicator and sound attention to detail
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisation skills
- Office Management experience highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract
