The Team:

A Multinational Manufacturer of Pumping, Valves and Aftermarket Service to The Australian Mining & Water Industry - They are the giant in the industry! 

We seek a high level sales pro to maintain and develop market share in Victoria. 

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Key Accounts throughout VIC region. 
  • Upsell, Cross Sell, Be Hungry & Take the Lead! 
  • Call on New Clients and open up Opportunities for New Sales. 
  • Develop a Call plan and Strategy to Manage your Territory.
  • Maintain high activity Levels and Standards.
  • Seek out new opportunities to quote, and sell solutions backed by your National Engineering Team. 
  • Exceed personal Sales Targets & work autonomously to grow the business. 
  • Respond to opportunities to quote & create new opportunities to win Project Sales & product sales business.
  • Work within the team to look for opportunities for Business Growth and Improvement.
  • Sell a High End Brand based on Integrity, Respect & Excellence.
Experience:
  • The ability to walk into any room and engage any stakeholder from Operator and Engineer to C Level. 
  • B2B sales background, 5 + years as a Technical Sales Consultant, cold calling and developing new business.
  • Solid understanding of theWater Industry and water transfer applications is ideal and ongoing development opportunities exist for the driven.
  • You will be trained in the products, it would be preferred if you have a mechanical or technical acumen.
  • You are hungry to continue learning and passionate about mechanical technologies or you have a passion to work in Engineering or the Water Industry.
  • Happy to work from home autonomously calling on industrial sites developing relationships backed by a world class Engineering Team.
  • Trade or Engineering Backgrounds are advantageous. 
  • The Hunger, drive & attitude to open new accounts and create new opportunities. 
  • Pump curves, flow analysis and flow rates, calculations understanding ideal but not necessary. 
  • The ability to work unsupervised, absolutely no micromanagement.
