As the Project Officer, you’re the person who’s supporting projects to upgrade and replace water and wastewater assets in the region.
You will support capital and non-capital projects to create and maintain assets that satisfy the operational objectives of stakeholders, ensuring their compliance is on time, to budget, and within technical and quality standards.
You will also be key in procurement administration, and you will have your own portfolio of equipment purchase projects to manage. You will be instrumental in project reporting and analysis, giving you the opportunity to learn about project management from your peers and expand your skillset by managing multi-disciplined projects.
This role can be based in any of our regional depots including Geraldton, Albany or Karratha and others you choose!

Your skills and experience
Ideally were looking for someone with experience providing support to minor projects with an operational background, this is an opportunity to expand on those skills with potential to develop into a project coordinator or manager in the future.
You’ll also have;
- Strong administration experience.
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Experience supporting team members and stakeholders from remote locations.
- Experience with SAP, Maximo desirable
