The Diplomatic Security Division is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer, playing a crucial role in supporting project administration and ensuring the effective delivery of our services. NV 1 Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of activities.
- Experience with designing and producing engaging info graphics to support project presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans, create content for various channels, and ensure clear and effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs, supporting the successful implementation of project initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.
Key skills/qualifications:
- Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in creating info graphics and other visual aids.
- Experience in change management practices and principles.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or project management software.
