Project / Tenancy Coordinator

We have a unique opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Tenancy Coordinator to join one of the largest multi-disciplinary design & construction companies in Australia, with a current & future pipeline of work valued over $3Bn.
This is a dynamic role where you will oversee multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects and play a pivotal part in creating an exceptional spaces. You will be responsible for works across the North of Sydney and Central Coast up to Newcastle areas.
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of fit-out projects works with an unwavering commitment to safety, timeliness, compliance, and efficiency ensuring exceptional customer service across our Assets.
• Conduct regular reviews of planned works and programs to stay on track and meet objectives
• Ability to partner and communicate with multiple stakeholders and manage conflicting deliverables by planning and prioritizing.
• Lead by example when promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
• Knowledge of relevant construction standards and buildability
• Ability to adapt and pivot to changing project requirements.

To be considered for the position of Project Coordinator you will require:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator / Site Engineer / Tenancy Coordinator or similar role working in Construction
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial/retail fit-out and refurbishment projects is advantageous, but not essential
• Knowledge of NSW construction market and subcontractors.
• Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
