Job description

Enviropipes is a rapidly growing Australian owned Company. We are based in High Wycombe, near Perth Airport and seek a special individual to join our team. We specialise in the manufacture of quality plastic piping solutions, in particular high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and fittings.

This position includes a diverse range of duties working closely with the project and management teams to ensure all projects are compliant with contractual requirements.

To ensure your success in the role, you will have well developed computer skills, strong verbal and written communication in the English language, exercise sound decision making and problem-solving skills and be able to work autonomously and within an energetic team.  

This is a busy and challenging position and requires a special individual who is well organised with strong attention to detail, can learn quickly, use their initiative, and has a sense of humour.

Drawing on previous experience, you will be able to:

  • Demonstrate your ability to think outside the box
  • Assist and work with the project team to prepare and submit tender responses, negotiate term and achieve project objectives upon award
  • The ability to develop, maintain and influence positive working relationships with stakeholders of all levels

Skills and Experiences:

  • A “can do” attitude with the ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pressure fast paced office
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new and diverse tasks

Highly Regarded:

  • Knowledge and experience with SUPPLY contracts
  • Experience in working within a manufacturing industry in particular HDPE
  • Business Law degree or knowledge
