Our Top-Tier Australian client has a stellar client base in the gas and mining sectors with a lot of the work being 'first of kind' transactions in the energy sector. They are deeply passionate about collaborating nationally and focused on the training and development of its lawyers.
This is a role for both a Lawyer and/or Senior Associate (2-10yrs PAE) with front end construction experience looking to build their reputation in this space. Matters include:

• Pumped hydro, hydrogen, solar, wind, hybrid renewables, battery storage
• renewable power purchase agreements
• sale and purchase of renewable energy assets and portfolios of assets
• net-zero strategy and implementation for corporates
• renewable energy regulation and policy
