Strategy: To build a network of customers who have the capacity to win commercial projects and influence their purchasing decision making via existing distributors or directly through to Bostik
Budget: Budget to align Construction Regional budget
Product Portfolio: Work with technical and operations to optimize product portfolio to create and meet market needs
Value chain: Work with sourcing, production, R&D in value chain to ensure we can meet market and specification demands on commercial projects
Relationships management: Manage the relationship with distributors, National supply and apply businesses, commercial sub-contractors, industrial associations, and other core suppliers to capture commercial project opportunities
Reporting: Provide regular reports as required
Required Profile
Tertiary Education and/or trade qualified.
Sound knowledge and understanding of the commercial and construction industry.
At least 5 years sales management experience or on site with track record.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Strong business sense; customer oriented; result driven.
Highly motivated
Work autonomously
Strong leadership.
Team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
