MAYDAY Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Case Manager based in Melbourne.Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing end-to-end repair processes, collaborating with customers, insurers, and a network of trades across the East.

- Working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Salary package of $72,000 per annum
- Two days in the South Melbourne office every week, including one team day (normally Wednesday) and one flexible day.

- Manage assigned claim portfolio, handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with assessors, trades, customers, and insurers.
- Review reports from internal assessors and trades, compiling information for insurers.
- Confirm scope of works with customers, scheduling repairs with priority.
- Proactively communicate repair information to stakeholders.
- Support resolution of customer complaints within company processes.
- Strive for first-call resolution and meet KPIs.
- Undertaking other duties as required
The ideal candidate
- Experience in customer service or property management/repair.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Proactive mindset, resilience, and adaptability.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of general insurance products is advantageous.
