Property Case Manager

MAYDAY Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Case Manager based in Melbourne.
Join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing end-to-end repair processes, collaborating with customers, insurers, and a network of trades across the East.
What’s in it for you?

• Full-time position with 40 hours per week

• Working hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm
• Salary package of $72,000 per annum
• Two days in the South Melbourne office every week, including one team day (normally Wednesday) and one flexible day.

The role:

• Manage assigned claim portfolio, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with assessors, trades, customers, and insurers.
• Review reports from internal assessors and trades, compiling information for insurers.
• Confirm scope of works with customers, scheduling repairs with priority.
• Proactively communicate repair information to stakeholders.
• Support resolution of customer complaints within company processes.
• Strive for first-call resolution and meet KPIs.
• Undertaking other duties as required

The ideal candidate

• Experience in customer service or property management/repair.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proactive mindset, resilience, and adaptability.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledge of general insurance products is advantageous.
