Are you passionate about the built environment and the various services within the Property Industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Facilities Management Team at Cushman & Wakefield.

We are seeking individuals with a keen interest in Facilities Management, Lease and Property Management, Finance procurement, Health & Safety and Sustainability.

Cushman and Wakefield is committed to continuing to build our diverse workforce and also to support our First Nations Trainee Program. The roles are designed to kick start your career in the Property Industry.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and execute property management initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of facility maintenance programs
  • Contribute to leave-management and financial analysis activities
  • Support Procurement process and vendor management
  • Promote Health and Safety practices within the organization
  • Contribute to Environmental and sustainability initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Passion to learn the Property Industry
  • Volunteering experience in the Property Industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • First Nations background
