Collaborating closely with our talented videographer and established creative team to meet the growing demand for our signature property videos, your work will help us connect with our community, elevate our sales partners in their local markets, and enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.

Videography: 

• Property Videos: Create captivating property videos that highlight unique selling points and lifestyle potential. 
• Sales Partner Videos: Produce educational and lifestyle videos tailored for our sales partners to help them elevate their presence in their local communities. 
• Video Editing: Handle all aspects of post-production of your videos to ensure a professional finish aligned with our brand standards. 

• Lifestyle Photography: Capture high-quality images of our properties, team, events, business culture, and local communities for use across various marketing channels. 
• Corporate Content: Support content creation for blogs, social media, podcasts, EDMs, advertising, and other marketing materials with relevant and engaging photography. 

• Campaign Creative Services: Contribute to expanding our in-house creative services, driving new innovative marketing tools and strategies for our clients. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing Studio Team and Director of Marketing to brainstorm and implement creative content strategies. 

• Videography Excellence: Focus on producing visually appealing and informative videos that capture the essence of TOOP+TOOP’s properties and services. 
• Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all visual outputs, ensuring consistency with our sophisticated brand image. 
• Innovative Thinking: Integrate cutting-edge techniques and tools in property marketing to keep our content fresh and impactful. 
• Adaptability and Growth: Adapt to evolving marketing strategies and actively contribute to the expansion of our creative services. 

• Technical Skills: Proficient in the latest videography and photography equipment and software, with significant expertise in Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop. 
• Creative Vision: Exceptional ability to craft stories through visuals, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for teamwork and project management.
