We are now half-way through the project and require the assistance of an experienced Property Management Superintendent to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the HMI.

As the Property Management Superintendent, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and oversight of all Property Management activities, supporting the revitalization of Port Hedland's West End.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Lease Management - negotiate and manage leases, conduct market research, property appraisals, and monitor CPI rates.
- Efficient Property Utilisation - including allocation and sub-leasing
- Maintain property details and allocations in HMI's Lease Management System.
- Coordinate property inspections, including condition reports, vacate inspections, final bond inspections, and annual inspections
- Review and process property invoices for payments
- Manage maintenance on HMI properties, addressing issues and issuing breach notices if required.
- Capital Projects- Plan, apply for expenditure and complete minor capital projects for properties in consultation with HMI's Project Manager.
- Identify threats and opportunities, implement risk mitigation strategies for future stock and rental prices.
- Provide 24/7 support - you are the primary contact and assistance point for any property issues, including after hours.
As part of the Community Engaged Leadership Team you will;
- Prepare project scopes and plans, utilizing the Pilbara Ports Project Management Framework.
- Provide input and direction into project budgets, schedules, and Gantt charts, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers in the Pilbara region. Ensuring work is completed safely and within timeframes.
- Demonstrate leadership across the business, fostering a positive culture and working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain respect & support of local and surrounding communities.
