We are looking for a Property Management Trainee who is passionate, determined and enthusiastic.
This position would preferably suit someone with some experience in Property Management/Leasing/Real estate admin.
You will join a team of 25 experienced Property Management professionals with an exciting, lively and positive attitude.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following:
- Must have Agents Representative Certificate before applying
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to do a variety of tasks
- Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Reliable car & a valid drivers licence
Some of the tasks involved in this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Condition reports
- Routine inspections
- Rental arrears
- Lease renewals
- Rent increases
- Final inspections
- Signing up of new leases
- Processing bonds
- Preparing for and attending VCAT cases
- Arranging anniversary cards and gifts for owners and tenants
- Arrange property maintenance and repairs
- Issuing breach notices
- Keeping up to date and practice with current Property Management legislation
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Option to work Saturday's with additional remuneration.
