Role Overview: As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organisation's continued success. With a diverse range of responsibilities primarily focused on tenant/owner relations, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless portfolio management. You'll have the support of our incredible Admin team, who will assist you with various tasks, and our Leasing Agent will handle all open home inspections, eliminating the need for weekend work.

The Ideal Candidate: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management
- A current Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Reliable transportation (although a company car will be available on some days)
- An energetic and proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and drive
- Familiarity with Property Tree software, IRE, 2apply, and Inspection Express would be advantageous.
