We are seeking a talented and experienced Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager to become a vital part of our clients dynamic and successful team. The Role:
- Manage rent collections, arrears, and rental increases
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- Provide advice on market trends and rental prices
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies
- Well maintained portfolio with smooth handover
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential property management
- A current Real Estate License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Experience with Property Management software is desirable
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
